How do I order?
WhatsApp is quickest. Send the date, how many people, the occasion, and a picture if you have one. We reply with a design, a size and a price before you pay anything.
How much notice do you need?
3–5 days for most cakes. Heart cakes, tiered cakes and detailed character work need a week or more, especially over birthday season.
Can I send a picture to copy?
Send it through — we use it as the starting point and make it yours with your colours, name and finish. We will always tell you upfront what we can and cannot match.
What sizes do you make?
Single-tier cakes from about 10 slices up to tiered cakes for big parties, plus heart cakes, cupcakes and boxed sets. Tell us the headcount and we will recommend a size.
Do you deliver?
Collection from Johannesburg is free. We deliver around Johannesburg & surrounds for a fee based on distance, and tiered cakes are set up on site.
How does payment work?
A 50% deposit secures your date, with the balance due on collection or delivery. EFT or cash. Banking details come with your quote.
What about allergies?
Tell us up front. We bake with nuts, dairy, eggs and gluten in the kitchen, so we will be honest about what we can safely make for you.
